Non-Binding Resolution
Preamble
In the Preamble, you summarize the goal of your proposed resolution. The preamble should be short, no longer than a paragraph.
Article 1
Section 1.1 - This is how the numbering is done. Sections of an article should all deal with the same general topic, such as outlining the function of a proposed organization, or describing an amendment to election procedures.
Section 1.2 - A resolution is only binding if it alters or otherwise deals with the way the General Assembly functions. All other resolutions, including those that may modify other branches of the Presidium, are non-binding.
